L-28 Culverts Structures S-229A, S-229B and S-229C; Provided cost estimating and scheduling services for this project constructing 3 remotely operated gated culvert structures with peak capacities of 250 cfs, 350 cfs, and 400 cfs.  The project also involves installing a new LPG generator at the L-28 Microwave Station as well as construction of control buildings, stilling wells, and associated canals and levees.  The purpose of this project is to allow more water to flow west in the Big Cypress National Preserve.  [Estimated construction: $47M]

I-285 / I-20 West Interchange, Atlanta, GA;  Provided cost estimating and scheduling services for this interchange reconfiguration project as part of the Major Mobility Investment Program.  This project involves adding lanes along I-20, constructing collector-distributor lanes, and a complete reconstruction of the I-285/I-20 interchange including extensive flyover bridge construction. [Estimated construction: $1B]

C-23 Estuary Discharge, Martin County, Florida; Provided cost estimating and scheduling services for this Indian River Lagoon South project as part of the Comprehensive Everglades Restoration Plan.  This project involves constructing a diversion from C-23 Canal to the C-44 Stormwater Treatment Area including a 250 CFS pump station, approximately 6.85 miles of canals, 2 box culverts at where the canal intersects existing roadways, a bridge, and a spillway.  [Estimated construction: $47M]

STA 1W Expansion No. 2, Palm Beach County, Florida;  Provided cost estimating and scheduling services for the construction of this wetlands restoration project. This project includes 3 pump stations with a total capacity of 1745 CFS, approximately 10.5 miles of levee construction, and approximately 18 miles of canal excavation. [Estimated construction: $214M]

Herat International Airport, Herat, Islamic Republic of Afghanistan; Provided cost estimating services on this new international airport to be constructed in Herat, Afghanistan.  The project includes a new airport terminal, combined airport services facility, pump house and generator building, fire water and water treatment facility, security watch tower, entry control point facility, and a switch gear facility.  The site work includes airfield pavements, roadways and parking, and extensive utilities.  [Estimated construction: $220M]

C-38S ASR Treatment Facility, Glades County, Florida;  Provided cost estimating services for the design of this 10 MGD water treatment facility. This project is the first phase of a 50 MGD facility and its purpose is to treat raw water from the Kissimmee River before pumping into the aquifer for storage and recovery. Multiple membrane vendors are involved in the initial phase to allow for evaluation by the District for including in the overall 50 MGD facility.  [Estimated construction: $93M+]

 SR 400 Express Lanes, Atlanta, Georgia; Provided cost estimating and scheduling services for this GDOT project that is adding northbound and southbound express lanes and includes extensive bridge work through a 15-mile section of SR 400 in Atlanta, Georgia. This project also included bridge widenings over Big Creek and the Chattahoochee River. [Estimated construction: $1B+]   [With AECOM] 

Miami Beach Monorail, Miami, FL; Provided cost estimating and advisory services for the construction of a monorail project between downtown Miami and Miami Beach along the MacArthur Causeway. This project includes 2 transit stations and approximately 3.5 miles of elevated monorail with a significant amount of over-water bridge construction. [Estimated construction: $500M+]  [With AECOM] 

 Wastewater Enterprise, SEO Islais Creek Crossing, San Francisco, California; Provided cost estimating services for the replacement of existing 36” and 42” force mains across the Islais Creek Channel with two new 48” force mains. Due to environmental concerns and a challenging project location this project required 21 phases and extensive use of cofferdams. [Estimated construction: $67M] [With AECOM] 

Homeland Defense Radar – Hawaii – Phase 1, Oahu, Hawaii; Provided cost estimate quality assurance services for the radar station, supporting missile defense command, and control components to be constructed at the Kuaokala Ridge.  This project location is especially challenging given the uneven terrain and remote project location. NOTU Wastewater Treatment Plant, Cape Canaveral AFS, Florida; Provided cost estimating and scheduling services for the partial reconstruction of the Naval Ordnance Testing Unit's (NOTU) wastewater pre-treatment plant system. This project involved repairs and improvements as required at the Trident pre-treatment plant in facilities 62720-62735 at NOTU, Cape Canaveral Air Force Base (AFB), Florida. Tri-State Corridor (I-294) Mile Long Bridge, Chicago, Illinois; Provided cost estimating services for the replacement of the Mile Long Bridge between mile post 20.7 to mile post 22.3, crossing over the Des Plaines River, canals, and railways. Replacement of the bridges over La Grange Road is also included in this project. [Estimated construction: $1B+]  [With AECOM] 

Munitions Storage Area, [Undisclosed Location], Europe;  Provided cost estimating services for the construction of a munitions storage facility which includes 49 igloos, an administrative facility, an ammunitions and surveillance facility, a railway extension, various paved working areas, and site security and utilities. [Estimated construction: undisclosed] [With AECOM]

Raleigh St Improvements, Orlando, Florida; Provided cost estimating services for this roadway widening project for the City of Orlando.  This project includes extensive roadway demolition and widening, full depth reclamation, a phased box culvert replacement, extensive storm drainage and sanitary sewer work, and the signalization of 2 intersections.  [Estimated construction: $6.3M]

 I-4 Beyond-the-Ultimate Segment 2, Orlando, Florida; Provided cost estimating and scheduling services for Segment 2 of the reconstruction of I-4 (known as the I-4 Beyond-the-Ultimate) in Central Florida. This project is expanding I-4 to include express lanes as well as reconfiguring intersections between Central Florida Expressway and Sand Lake Road. [Estimated construction: $800M]  [With AECOM]
